Typical daily menu

  • Breakfast: Fresh fruit, cereals, toast, eggs, bacon, coffee, tea, juice.
  • Lunch: Salads, quiches, wraps, fresh bread, fruit.
  • Afternoon tea: Biscuits, cake, hot drinks.
  • Dinner: Roast chicken, grilled steak, traditional potjiekos, pasta bakes, vegetables, dessert.
